I am based near Brighton and work across the local area including Lewes, Peacehaven and Eastbourne in East Sussex. The online life coaching and other coaching sessions I offer can be via Zoom, Teams, Skype, Facetime, Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp Video calls.

The Story So Far

I pursued my career in the social housing sector culminating in Assistant Director of Housing for Brighton & Hove City Council where I managed the housing stock of 12,500 properties with 250 staff and a £45 million annual budget. 

I worked closely with politicians, colleagues, the tenants and leaseholders, and their households to improve performance, service delivery and maintain the assets. Close focused working relations and good communication were essential to ensure services met expectations.

Consultancy Work

For the last 5 years I have undertaken consultancy work in various disciplines in the Brighton and East Sussex area. I have carried out research and run training sessions including in person and online life coaching. 

My greatest pleasure and sense of achievement professionally has come from my coaching experiences - both online and face-to-face. I have worked with individuals and groups to assist them achieve their full potential. When people engage, identify the barriers and make the relevant changes they grow in stature and the fact that I have facilitated the transformation is extremely satisfying. 

Another aspect of Coaching which I have the pleasure of undertaking is in the Health & Wellbeing arena. Currently I work with patients in Lambeth as well as train NHS staff across the country to become Health & Wellbeing coaches and support them with group and individual Supervision sessions.

My Qualifications

I attended the Enhanced Coach Excellence Programme by Human Technics which was moderated and awarded by the University of the West of England.

I have a BSc (hons) degree from Bath University and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) professional qualification. I am also a Fellow of the CIH and I have an MBA from University of Brighton.

I continue to learn and am committed to continual professional development. I have recently completed the Personal Success Academy which challenges your personal and professional effectiveness established by the Coaching Academy.
