I will start by helping you to identify what you need and, just as importantly, what you want from your career. I can then assist you to make the appropriate decisions and take the required actions to accomplish your career objectives in balance with the other parts of your life.

From our career coaching sessions you can reasonably expect to gain career confidence, insight, encouragement and inspiration. You should also feel as if the coaching relationship grants some permission to relax a bit. Looking for another job can create anxiety, fear and vulnerability in people, so we can work together to better understand how these factors may be keeping you stuck in your career.

Planning for the Next Stage

When you have explored what is important to you it then becomes a much easier task to plan what you need to do, or indeed stop doing, to achieve your goals. Setting your goals (that is understanding what you want) can be challenging. As your career coach I can provide the safe, positive, non-judgemental space for you to work out your next steps that will meet your needs and enable you to move forward with confidence and renewed motivation.
