Executive Coaching and Mentoring is an effective way to resolve difficult ongoing issues and to find direction and purpose in the workplace. If you're based in Brighton, Lewes, Eastbourne or Peacehaven areas you are entitled to a free face-to-face consultation. If you live further afield, I offer online coaching via Zoom.

Ongoing Sessions
• We will make a mutually convenient appointment
• I will ask for basic background information
• We will establish the areas you need to be addressed
• We can discuss what would suit you in terms of working together
• We will work on making a realistic plan of action
• I will provide feedback from this session as required
• A one-off coaching session may be sufficient or we may agree on a course of sessions, to suit you
• I will shape the sessions towards your needs and your situation
There will be measurable improvements.
You will begin the process of change.
You will know you have succeeded as you begin to you see, feel and benefit from the changes made.
